The Gloworm X2e Light System (G2.1) is built specifically for e-bikes with 6V or 12V motors, delivering up to 1850 lumens powered directly by your e-bike system. It features intelligent input detection, automatically adapting to your bike’s voltage for optimal performance. Drawing power directly from your e-bike’s battery means unlimited runtime and one less device to charge. Wireless remote control and mobile app customisation put complete control at your fingertips. Night riding on your e-bike will never be the same.
Your Light System arrives configured for handlebar mounting with a motor-specific connection cable designed for your Shimano e-bike motor system, with everything required to get riding immediately. The Light Head features a barrel male cable that connects to the included motor-specific connection cable (female barrel on the light end, Shimano motor-specific connector on the other end), ensuring a secure, waterproof connection. The X2e Light System includes a Shimano motor connection cable as standard. Connection cables for Bosch, Bosch Gen5/Smart System, Brose, and TQ motor systems are available separately.
Safety Note: Professional installation strongly recommended. An incorrect connection can permanently damage your Light System. The X2e must be connected following the specific wiring instructions for your motor system. If you’re not confident with electrical connections, please have your light installed by a qualified bike mechanic or e-bike technician. Please note that some e-bike systems may require light ports to be activated by an authorized dealer before use.
